Most politicians are wimps these days. Being hard line is out. Being two-faced, underhanded and weaselly is in. They have all figured out it is easier to just play the game and get your loot than really stand for something and risk getting nothing.

If they weren't two-faced, underhanded and weaselly would the people vote for them? We are moving headlong towards a culture of worshipping self-serving power grabbers. The American psyche has been captured by sensationalism and drama. People clamor for stopping partisan politics then they turn out in hordes in support of it. Why do you think FOX TV has viewers? Sound like they want bipartisan solutions? No, people want all the drama, the dirty laundry and the so called "debate" between TV anchors throwing invectives at each other. We are hooked on hatred. This is our national pastime. In a democracy people eventually get what they vote for.

Well, the public "backstops" professional teams with billions of taxpayer dollars used to build them new stadiums.

From baseball, Americans get entertainment.

From Bankers, Americans get kicked out of their homes, let go from their jobs, lost retirement and pension funds, predatory credit card rates and a lifetime of Debt Servitude.

Obama's not clueless . . . he's a sell-out.

Time for a third party . . . .
