Just heard him, Earthquakes made by the US using "Haarp".........As i understand it it was an attempt at an over the hozision radar....even if you could focus the engery just think HOW MUCH POWER you need!

I listened to a live , late-night Bob Chapman radio interview about four months ago. Said he's left the US [again] , and is currently residing in an undisclosed "Latin American country" after receiving threats from the "Illuminate".

Definitely off the record , on the QT , and very hush-hush ;)

The US has always blamed others for developing earthquake weapons.
