I recently was thinking about Iraq. The way things are going especially Oil contracts, it looks like a good bet to be investing In Iraq. But I don't know how it can be done.
CD's have high interest rates and people are Fedex'ing USD and opening an account, But I am a bit apprehensive in investing in an online bank(Warka Bank). I guess it is legal and the interest rates are high. If Iraqi Does good
in next decade, their Currency can also appreciate.
Any one heard of this or looking into this ?
