If oil got to $500 a barrell.

They will be drilling anywhere and every where.

Then in a year oil will prices will collapse.(SURE: There maybe a limited time of discomfort)

THERE is plenty of OIL, just a little harder to get ! Higher prices will justify the NEW drilling.

Remember when SILVER BOOMED (two brothers try to corner the market), then it crashed, because there is plenty of silver, and when prices skyrocketted all the SILVER came onto the market (Grandma sold hers, etc) and forced prices down.

POINTS
1) It was only $140 USD, not in EUR or AUD
2) If you think OIL crashed the economy, then you havent heard of the credit crunch( sub prime etc).

I think OIL at $250 would be an issue, just price increases every where, and OIL stocks booming again.

But of course the poor consumer demand wont get it to $250 anytime soon !
