He wants small government but with Teddy's foreign policy.

Basically the tea party viewpoint - Republican Party on steroids.

The Spanish-American war effort was funded by a national inheritance tax.

Trying be Ron Paul, not a bad strategy but has no voting record.

Ron Paul is a doctor, Shiff is a fund manager, not sure I'd trust him.

Then again, I'd vote for him just to take out the current CT sentors - you can't worse criminals than the current CT sentors.

If you've listened to more than one of Schiff's speeches, you'd see that he loves to talk and go on and on. I think he would be very disruptive to the Senate, and that, on balance, would be a good thing.
