What do you do when tax revenue heads South? Why you go after all those tax deadbeats like this single mom who earns $10/hr at Supercuts. What was the issue? She couldn't possibly have lived off her measly $18K annual earnings. Not in Seattle, WA. After all, the IRS spreadsheet told them so.
