This is a kind of fascinating read. It gave me vertigo as I like Rosenberg, share much of his annoyance, yet find his outrage kind of laughable given the fact that the housing debacle was a uniquely successful, equal public-private partnership that the world will be paying for for a generation.
I would simply ask, "And what would the frugal, responsible, paid-off home owner - which you lionise - say to you Mr Rosenberg, finance empoloyee?"
