    " . . .
He is being sent to the sister Prison to the one where he was beaten almost to death (read last paragraph of 'Looking Behind the Curtain). He thinks he will not leave there alive because of the last attempt.
    . . .

They are planning to move him Monday after the Holiday weekend so no one can doing anything to stop them. This is HIGHLY ILLEGAL, but they are doing it.

I'm not falling for that old conspiracy theory, no way. IF they are moving him, it's just a random act. (sarcasm off)

I can think of only one person in the entire World that has been Jailed for longer, by a Country that is despised for its ruthless and inhumane treatment of dissidents. The country is run by a small Cabal of self appointed and close knit oligarchs who make up the law or just ignore it as suits their purpose. They hold an Iron grip on power and finance. Bribes are paid up and down the leadership chain when a foreigner wants to do business with the country. They hold power by military rule.
The United Nations Working Group for Arbitrary Detention rendered an Opinion (No. 9 of 2004) that her deprivation of liberty was arbitrary, as being in contravention of Article 9 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights 1948, and requested that the authorities in Burma set her free, but the authorities have so far ignored this request.

          Aung San Suu Kyi

"For the present we see things as if in a mirror, and are puzzled; but then we shall see them face to face. For the present the knowledge I gain is imperfect; but then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known." 1 Cor 13:12

7 Years for contempt is OUTRAGEOUS for the USA judicial system - plus a further 5 years for conspiracy (unproved and tested in open court) when he finally pleaded no contest in 2007. Child rapists get more lenient terms.
Some little and unknown judge called Sonia Sotomayor had a hand in this cankerous and festering judgement. She could never climb the ladder of the US judicial system with judgments like this in her records.

Martin Armstrong has a map of the rabbit warren and could show you the way out of the shadow of darkness that now sit over your country.
The Junta of US inc will see him silenced and I fear for his life.

            "moral of the story..."

Armstrong himself commented that he had made his most serious mistake in assuming that the US system was still "ruled by law", and Sinclair remarked at some point that Armstrong was obviously not nearly as smart as many thought as otherwise he would not have found himself in his current predicament.

I have no idea what is really happening here of course, and can one really believe everything one reads on obscure web sites without any apparent way to verify anything? aaarrrggghhhh . . . .

I completely concur with this and weep for my country. I wish I had the balls to take the necessary steps to help free my country from the assholes that have gained control of her! Anything I personally did would be viewed as some sort of suicidal attempt to garner attention and most certainly would be misreprented in the media.
The assholes running this show need to be brought down with violence and with no quarter given. The legal system has been co- opted by the elitists. I'm quite sure that the PTB are able to foresee any attempt to bring about a level playing field by their "now legal" spying and wipe out any attempts thereof. We (the taxpayers) have paid for our own prison and can no longer free ourselves from the assholes that control us. Just writing this blog comment now puts me at risk, IMO. God bless us all! good luck!

Armstrong was ordered to produce, among other things, computers. One computer had had its hard drive removed. On another, almost 600 files had been deleted just hours before being turned over to the receiver.

Moral of the story: don't destroy evidence. Armstrong appeared to have destroyed evidence. Judges don't like that. Hence the rough treatment.

Was this the link you had in mind:
                    economicedge.blogspot.com/2009/11/martin-armstong-forced-to-move-to-high.html

Martin Armstong – Forced to Move to a High Security Prison to Silence Him?
I could not make this link work either -- it seems that the itulip forum software kept changing it from economicedge.blogspot.com to itulip.com.

This is excessive punishment for that alleged crime. Something stinks here.

Fifth Amendment. Had there been other evidence of wrongdoing, the judge would have had a case. There was mere suspicion, not a shred of other evidence, and the judge acted under the presumption he destroyed the only evidence that could lead to his conviction.

It would appear that Martin Armstrong is in a lot of trouble the our rulers. He writes and comments on self evident things that drive the rulers bat shit. Should he manage to get out of prision, it would be to his benefit to get the hell out of this country post haste. The new system is beginning to come alive and should be fully operational in 2 -3 yrs. So to those who can leave, have the skill sets necesarry , good health, moderate amount of money and an overweeing desire to not walk around in a place where cameras are always on you, where you can feel free to talk to your seat mate on the bus or a friend about some politicial rally...to you I suggest that you come up with a plan. Perhaps another country, learn a foreign language etc. It is coming. Surely as day follows night it is
