    Okay, BUT, what percentage of the original bill do the fees amount to? My Seattle car rental sample, the fees and taxes are 60% of the base rate. To me, that's gi-normous.:eek:

      In terms of percentage, my bill was about 50% fees and 50% tuition, give or take. Your car rental has my tuition beat, using that criterion.

        Well, 50% is still very bad.
