Single wide trailers have similar advantages . They probably cost less too. I paid about $32 per square foot of living space. Can you get a boat for that money?

What's the Telegraph going to do next? Declare a "revival" in the UK property market when 10 Belgravia Square sells?
10 Belgrave Square just hit the market for a cool 100 million Euros (or $150 million). The mansion is London’s most expensive house and is now tied as the most expensive home on the market in the world; tied with Candy Spelling’s Holmby Hills mega-mansion...The home, which is located on one of London’s most prestigious square, contains 21,000 square feet of living space spread out over 6 floors. The home was regutted by Lebanese developer, Musa Salem. The home has 12 bedrooms, 20 ft. ceilings, an indoor swimming pool in the basement, a gym, a home theater, and much much more...

TPC, are you saying you are located in a wide trailer in N. Texas? If so, cool.

This is why areas with protected harbors have been and continue to be so desirable. Have any Rogue Waves hit New York Harbor?

              "Single wide" is an oxymoron...

So is a "roomy sailboat"...although that's probably the cheapest waterfront around!

Yup, a single wide trailer -- though it's more hot than cool down here.

I wouldn't call 10 Belgravia Square a house. More like a palace or a historic building. It would be more prudent to compare with one of the "money cannot buy buildings" buildings along the Shanghai bund.
