What's all this fuss about President Obama getting the Nobel Appeasement Prize? I say thank God our president got it. When your nation is in debt up to its' collective eyeballs to foreigners, it pays to be humble. Besides everybody knows our only out to this financial crisis is to devalue our money like a banana republic. You gotta be one smooth operator to convince the big boys they won't be left holding the bag on your crappy currency...

use of torture as a state policy - still no resolution from that campaign promise

denial of scientific fact - cap and trade

ham-handed, simple-minded misuse of power - remove the simple-minded. Financial crap and Afghanistan

You all can't blame Obama for the rest of the world being idiots. Some perspective. One in three Presidents have had a serious assassination attempt. One in four have been injured or killed. The gigantic balls to be the first black American president in this country is impressive on its own let alone choosing to follow the thunderous policy idiot Bush. How many of you have cojones like that?

I get the weirdness of it but congratulations President Obama.

Thanks for clarifying the selection criteria. So he won because he has big balls and because Bush was a bad President? Yeah, now it makes sense.

You can't get on Obama for a War that hasn't happened yet. Plus, war with Iran will be determined by a failure for the economy to pick up or unemployment to go down. It will be a War to defend the dollar because bailout 3 and 4 aren't affordable at these dollar prices. Obama will have very little to decide, he will be led.

How would we pay for this? I'm not saying I don't agree, but if we tried this, would the world really keep funding all of our debt? After all, we don't have any money of our own.
