You just don't understand. If we just go ahead and cut the taxes on the overburdened top few percent of the people they will go out and start a spending spree that will single-handedly pull us out of this. It worked before :-)

just declare bankruptcy and then start going into debt all over again...
...oh I forgot...GW Bush (Mr. Capitalism) changed the bankruptcy laws so only corporations and the top 1% with their wealth in LLCs and Trust Funds are allowed to do that.

The last few weeks I've been telling my friends that as a business person, I harvest people's wages, but if most people in the US don't have a nice paycheck, I don't know what I'm going to harvest. Perhaps the congress will grow me a nice fresh field of printed money.

have no fear the federal gvt with its printing press, and unlimited credit line will fill the hole left by the consumer. don't know when the bond vigilantes will wake up. Maybe the man in cartoon can get one of those fed stimulous jobs. Is the army still hiring?
