Who would have ever imagined the State of California going bankrupt and issuing IOUs for tax refunds and other State debts? But it just happened.

I imagine the UK and the US could be next. Why not? The unthinkable is now quite possible, if not probable.

Who would have imagined a few years ago the Hell's Angels from Oakland, California moving to Vancouver, BC, taking control of the drug trade, and shooting-up the city? But they did.

And the Mexican drug mafia, or drug gangs with links to it, now set the brush and forest fires in California to create havoc. Who would have imagined this could ever happen?

When governments go bankrupt, all hell breaks-loose.

Over 1000 deaths from the drug cartel already this year in Cuidad Juarez, Chihuahua. This is the decaying world in which we live now, as portrayed (sp?) in the movie, Bladerunner (released by Hollywood a decade or two ago) but now even worse.
