Don't you need to have a recovery before you can have a second recession?

Just how will the UK ensure an orderly price in oil (hint: team up with the U.S. and stop printing so much money)

            Re: Lets throttle Commodities

I'm confused. Weren't commodity and future exchanges established in large part so farmers, etc could have a way to hedge against large price swings, thus reducing their risk/volatility. And now, everyone is looking for ways to limit this ability to hedge? Seems backward to me, or at least it seems like people are trying to create a solution for the original supposed solution. But, as I said, I'm confused.
