You're thinking LSD, the Gawker crowd were guessing that "rails" had to do with cocaine, but I'm pretty sure it's actually speed. The phrase "tweaking" was a dead giveaway. I always enjoy him. Once about three years ago he made a crack about gold, saying something like "It's only good if you need to bribe the border guard." He is over the top most of the time. This is different. Something is wrong.
