KGW, are you suggesting that the American military is less capable than other national armed forces? Do you think that the American military is so dysfunctional as to be incapable of effective operations?

This sort of "analysis" is amusing, and not much more. It's based on the premise that it's China and Japan that want to crater the US$, when the reality is that the US$ will be cratered from inside...by the Treasury, the Fed and the politicians themselves. That's the real risk...

agree. the chinese and the moribund american consumer will not stand in the way of the political logic of inflating away the unpayable balance sheet of the US.
