I'm one of the first to stand-up for America, but the policies we dictated via the IMF seem to warrant their move toward independence and self-reliance. I don't see it so much as anti-Americanism as maturing, successful economies and leaders gaining confidence in themselves. They can decouple and still be allies to the U.S.
