What to do?
Just inherited half an apartment building in West Hollywood - a rent control district...can easily sell, (Just entering Probate) but what to invest in for income? Just another building outside of rent control?
Or buy a smaller building, and put more into Gold?
I only understand rental property, lending, and fear driven investments like Gold, and am only 10% in Gold, and 2% in Silver.
Property will net approximately $800,000.00...my half, obviously $400,000.00, and I need at least $2,500/month of stable income.
