Re: How the Truth breaks out...
IF you get a chance read some of the comments:
The Army ARE the drug cartels. Trained and paid for by the US Taxpayer.
-------------------------
the cops and military ARE the cartels!how many times over the last 2 years have the border patrol reported seeing the Mexican military actually moving the drugs.but they count on us having a 5 minute memory and how many times has "chemical" alli been killed in the last 5 years and now he is "finally captured and sentenced to death".do you feel like you have been lied to?you should.
---------------------------
Oh come on these people are fed up with US training Mexico's military to kill and take these peoples land. Americas plants are flooding Mexico when getting bailed out enslaving these people. The US is a killing corporate machine. The drug issue is a distraction by a created problem to genocide natives. If you do not want to wake up wave that American Flag in support of erasing cultural diversity and stealing the land and enslavement to Ford, Coke, and most of our textile plants.

Re: How the Truth breaks out...
Mexican Army, by law, is mainly a protection and defense army. A Civil Guard, if you want to call it that way. Military Service is obligatory for all Mexican Males at 18, but it is not universal, it is done by drawing. Let me explain. Each year, conscripts must present for military service. From the lot at each Military service office in the country, a percentage is elected by the officials to accomplish with quartered military service, the rest must do a tramit to release its Military Service Passbnook. Since the 1960's quartered service is no longer accomplished being one full year inside facilities and doing active military duties. It is done by going on saturdays for the extent of a year to the assigned quarters.
I was assigned to military service on Camp # 1-A, in Mexico City, during 1991. Instruction was: DNIII duties, some basic military training (basic rifle handling, some self defense, first aid and obstacle course) and Reforesting.
Mexican army is recognized nationwide for the aid provided on DNIII duties, and are taken a lot of care, proof was that Mexican Army and Navy reported to help on Indonesia Tsunami and Katrina recovery efforts. The final aid accepted was responsibility of the people in charge in each event.
As I've told before to metalman, I've heard a couple histories regarding illegal trespassing on private property and some kidnappings of inocent people, but cannot be fully sure of them.
On protests carried by organizations with political agendas or sponsored by political parties, protestors tend to come all the way down here to Mexico City to do their protests. In this case the protests so far have stayed in the Northern frontier states.
I ask, ¿Who will benefit from the withdrawal of Mexican Army from the states that border US? ¿How difficult is for somebody with enough resources to hire people to protest against something, in their influence area?
This subject has many grey points, This, IMVHO, is not 1968, nor 1971, even does not get to 1994. ¿Can we do a follow up of this history?

Re: How the Truth breaks out...
There have been bombings in Texas for years and nobody cared, but now it seems they do.
It's clear that it's not about drugs, more social unrest and an unelected president I would guess.
WORLD EXCLUSIVE
Oct 08, 2007
by Daniel Hopsicker
Seventeen months after an American-registered DC9 airliner was busted with 5.5 tons of cocaine, a major international scandal is brewing over a second drug trafficking incident in Mexico's Yucatan involving an American-registered jet owned by a dummy front company of the kind usually associated with the CIA.
A weekend visit to “Donna Blue Aircraft Inc” of Coconut Beach FL., the company which FAA records show owned the Gulfstream II business jet (N987SA) which crash-landed with 3.7 tons of cocaine aboard in Mexico’s Yucatan two weeks ago, has revealed that the company’s listed address is an empty office suite with a blank sign out front.

WASHINGTON, March 6 (Reuters) - The U.S. military is ready to help Mexico in its deadly war against drug cartels with some of the same counter-insurgency tactics used against militant networks in Iraq and Afghanistan, the top U.S. military officer said on Friday.
Navy Admiral Mike Mullen, chairman of the U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff, also said the Defense Department was moving quickly to provide the Mexican military with equipment, including helicopters, under a $1.4 billion U.S. aid initiative.
"They have an urgent need. We all have a sense of urgency about this. And so we're all going to push pretty hard to deliver that capability as rapidly as possible," Mullen told reporters in a conference call as he returned from his first official visit to Mexico as Joint Chiefs chairman.

Re: How the Truth breaks out...
Well, now I ask again, ¿Who is profiting on hammering on this issue? ¿Who benefits the most on publishing things as this:
The World's Billionaires
#701 Joaquin Guzman Loera
03.11.09, 06:00 PM EDT Mexico's most wanted man, "El Chapo", or Shorty, heads the Sinaloa cartel, one of the biggest suppliers of Cocaine to the U.S.

I could claim an orchested attack by propagandiastic yellow MSM. Who benefits the most on developing an opinion that would lead to a new invasion, this time down here? ¿Was not enough 1846-7? ¿Are they considering a repeat of THIS, while apparenting this:
?
There is a saying down here. Nothing is true neither lie, it all depends on the color of the cristal it is seen through.sigpic

Re: How the Truth breaks out...
I can't believe we are going to send troops south of the border. It's their problem, let them deal with it. There is a market for the product. They should just tax the suppliers.
Btw: Ocelot, Nice Libertads. I have a few. They are gorgeous. Big premium when I got them though.

Re: How the Truth breaks out...
Anybody have any idea how much drug money is laundered through US banks and /or how much drug money ends up financing banking? If it's substantial and if banking has the clout and appears to be getting more whose side would the banking industry and their minions be on?

Re: How the Truth breaks out...
As I recall trafficking (human) is bigger than both narcotics & the arms trade, in the world as a whole that is.
I don't know of any current articles or info which put any figures on this.
CA Fitts har written extensively about the narcotics business, she thinks it is largely in control of the US.

" . . .
today I am convinced that the illegal drug trade, the enormous cheap capital it generates, and the CIA's role as enforcer/protector for the profits of that trade is a dominant factor in the economy of this country. It is a factor, which is destroying the entire American culture and is utterly out of control. As an investor and banker and as a former Cabinet level appointee, I tell you this is true.
