Is it a plan to take over the world?
Well, the reality is quite simple, so let's see if you can be made to answer your own question with a simple exposition of some facts:

For example, imagine that you are the only living man on Earth; it can then be said that you would own the world 100%.

Next, imagine that there are only two of you living on the whole Earth, what would happen to your ownership interest? Well, it depends, and it depends on what you agree to make your ownership interest with the other living man. So if you both agree to share ownership, that would mean that your ownership interest would be halved to 50%.

But what would happen if you don't agree to cut your ownership interest in half, how can you keep owning the Earth at 100%?

Well, there are basically two methods to achieve this end: 1. by brute force, 2. by consent.

The use and implementation of the methods are different, but the aim and goal is the same, that is, the ownership of 100%.

The method of brute force is pretty much self-explanatory, however, the method of consent is a little more complex to implement.

Suffice to say that consent can be voluntary or involuntary; and involuntary consent can only be achieved by the ignorance of your peer. That means that deception is a tool that can help you manufacture the involuntary consent of your peer.

I hope that helps you to answer your own question.
