A question: How do I get a thread started?

I wonder what membership thinks of Larry Kudlow's statement yesterday he sees a "stealth Fed tightening" occurring now. From yesterday's show:

            Sale History from Zillow:
            http://www.zillow.com/homedetails/charts/16632204_zpid/
            10/03/2008: $187,000
            06/04/2008: $272,000
            06/16/2005: $465,000

It's comical how Zillow now has a Zestimate of $243k on the house with a value range of $172,530 - $286,74. So in other words they have no idea what the house is worth.

What you wanna bet the sucker who paid $272,000 a year ago was telling everyone he knew what a great deal he got, "I got it for $193,000 off!"

I have friend who is buying a distressed property based on the same flawed logic. He's paying $415,000. Seller paid $600,000 two years ago. He thinks he's getting a steal. I know better. It needs $175,000 worth of work and when its done he'll still have a 45 year old house in a mediocre neighborhood. It will just look prettier.
